You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be:

If you’re not completely satisfied with your SkinCeuticals purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all promotional products, free samples, and gift-with-purchase items must also be returned to receive a full refund.
How to Return Your Items
Pack your items securely, including a copy of your invoice.
Prepay your return shipping (return shipping fees are non-refundable).
If your order included a free product, sample, or gift, it must be returned to receive a full refund.
Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 15 days, and you’ll receive an email confirmation.

Living Libations Products – Due to their fresh, made-to-order nature, these items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Sale Items – Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted products.
